"Tribute"

The B-Flatirons Clarinet Quartet is proud to present "Tribute", the second annual performance of the Chinook Winds Clarinet Choir—an ensemble bringing together more than a dozen clarinetists from across Colorado's Front Range. "Tribute" honors the composers whose inspiring works bring our ensemble to life.

In this free performance at 7:00 pm on July 11th at the Boulder Canyon Theater, the Chinook Winds Clarinet Choir will take listeners on a musical journey spanning centuries and styles. Audiences will hear selections from the dramatic flair of Camille Saint-Saëns, to the jazzy tunes of Leonard Bernstein, to the unmistakable sounds of Brian Wilson. The ensemble will both educate and entertain, showing the full expressive range of the clarinet family—from the high E-flat soprano to the deep, resonant contrabass.
